Q. Is it safe to shop online at www.hunkydorycrafts.co.uk?

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You can pay using any of the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Q. Can I cancel or change an order?

Q. How can I add to my order once it has been submitted?
A. You can either email sales@hunkydorycrafts.co.uk or call us on 01772 272575. Providing your order has not already been despatched your order will be amended for you.
Q. Am I charged for the items as soon as I order them?
A. No - we invoice your order in full only when the majority is ready to despatch. In the unlikely event of us having to place an item on back order, we will send it out to you at our cost as soon as it arrives in the warehouse.
Q. Do I have to pay for post and packaging?
A. If your order is over £50.00 your post and packaging is free! For orders under £50.00 the post and packaging is charged at £2.95 for standard delivery. Premium next-day delivery is also available at a cost of £4.95 per order (see terms and conditions for full details)
Q. How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
A. For web customers only we aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt, during busy periods or on the rare occasion that complications may occur it may be necessary to extend this lead time. (Working Hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)
For orders placed via any other method, we aim to despatch all orders within 5 days of receipt. Again however, during busy periods this may not always be possible. Our friendly staff are happy to give you an estimated despatch date via the phone.
Q. Can I order from overseas?
A. At present we do not offer an overseas service and only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Q. How do I return an item I have purchased?
A. If upon receipt of an item you are unhappy for any reason, we are able to accept the return of goods for full credit, providing we are informed of your wish to return the item within 7 days. The item must not have been removed from its packaging and must be in a re-saleable condition. It is however your responsibility to return the items and this will be done at the customer's expense.
Q. Can I return an item I purchased by mistake?
A. If you have ordered the wrong goods we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the post and packaging both ways and the items are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase.
Q. What happens if an item I have purchased is faulty?
A. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, the fault of the goods must be stated upon return. Upon return a trained member of staff will investigate the problem and if found to be faulty the item will be exchanged or refunded. A credit will be added to your account covering any postage costs incurred.

A. Personal information is private so we treat it with the highest standards of safety, security and confidentiality. This means that you can rest assured that your credit card and personal information are safe with us. We will never sell or give any information we have about you to any other company.

Q. Do you have a shop?
A. We do not have our own shop, although our fabulous products are available from this website and from all good craft shops.
Q. Are your products good quality?
A. Our products are all premium quality. We only use acid-and-lignin free matt and silk-art stock for our paper products, with our backing papers at 115gsm, our decoupage at 130gsm for easy cutting and our pyramage and storytellers at 250gsm.
