If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with our products or services, then please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can immediately rectify the problem.
Our customer service lines are manned Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.00pm. Outside these hours we have an internal answering machine service where you may leave us a short note of any queries or orders. Calls will be charged at your service provider's normal rate. If you have placed an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason, please call us on 01772 272565 within 24 hours of placing your order (any later and it may already be despatched!)
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click the 'Checkout' button at the top of our site and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro and currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, surface mail or over the Internet.
On average over 95% of products are in stock at any given time. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will back order the item for you and send it out at our cost as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. We take payment for all items (including any back orders) when the bulk of your order is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling All orders placed over the value of £50 attract FREE postage and packing. We have a standard delivery charge of £2.95 per order below £50. Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail second class packetpost. Any back orders will be delivered at our cost.
We also offer a premium delivery service for £4.95, which guarantees that your parcel will be delivered the day after despatch. We aim to despatch all premium orders placed before 1PM on the day that they are placed
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally despatch your order from our warehouse within three working days for all standard deliveries. (please note: parcels are not despatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays).
We will endeavor to despatch premium delivery and trade orders on a next day delivery service if received before 1PM. Orders received after this time will be picked and despatched on the next working day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you and despatch it to you at our cost as soon as it arrives from our suppliers.
As we are the manufacturer of the vast majority of our products, items are seldom out of stock and we always try our best to keep any waiting time down to a minimum. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges 17.5% VAT is already included in all our retail prices. The price of an item does not change when orders are received from areas not subject to VAT.
Credit Card Security Our site uses a secure server (please note the padlock shown in your toolbar - we advise all customers not to enter their credit card details into a site that does not show this icon).
When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our secure on-site computer. For your security they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Should you wish to return or exchange any item it would be most helpful if you could contact our Customer Service Department within 14 working days. It is the customer's responsibility to return items and any items returned without a fault are done so at the customer's expense. The 14 day returns period runs from the day after the day of delivery of goods. All other items must be returned in good condition and saleable as new. We reserve the right to refuse refund of any items that are not returned in a reasonable condition.
Remittance Terms All retail orders must be paid for before despatch. You can pay via cheque, postal order or credit/debit card. Please note that we do not accept cash sent through the post.
