When does my current Diamond Membership end?

Simply sign in to your account on our website and you will see your membership expiry date in the 'My Account' section. You can renew at any time and a further 12 months will automatically be added to your membership expiry date. Please note that it could take up to 3 working days for your new membership expiry date to be updated on the website. You will be able to continue using your Diamond benefits during this time.

 

I am a Diamond Member but do not see a membership expiry date in my account.

Don't worry - It may be that you purchased the membership via a different account or that the Diamond Membership was a gift from a friend or family member. If you expect to see a membership expiry date and there is not one there, simply email us at [email protected] or call us on 01772 272577 and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Can I renew my membership early?

Of course! We make sure that you do not lose out on any time being a Diamond Member by simply adding 12 months on to your current expiry date when you renew. Please allow 3 working days for your new membership expiry date to update on the website. You will be able to continue using your Diamond benefits during this time.

 

Can I renew my magazine subscription early?

If you are a magazine subscriber, we recommend that you wait until you receive the last issue of your current subscription before you re-subscribe to avoid receiving duplicates of the same magazine.

 

I am a Diamond Member – Do I automatically receive the new free gift?

Your Diamond Free Gift will be sent out upon renewal of your Diamond Subscription. The gift that is sent depends upon what date you purchase your Diamond Subscription. If you purchased your subscription before 01st June 2023 then you will have received the 'Watercolour Garden' gift. Memberships purchased after this date will be sent the new 'Time to Celebrate' Diamond gift.

 

Will I be notified when my Diamond Membership is due for renewal?

Don’t worry! Yes – We will notify you by email when your membership is coming up for renewal to help make sure that you do not miss out on any Diamond benefits. Remember that you can renew at any time as your membership will automatically be extended for 12 months, meaning you don’t miss out on any time being a Diamond Member!
