Fussy Cutting Paper Pad - Volume 1

Try a new crafty technique with our Fussy Cutting Paper Pad, complete with 15 different fussy cutting templates. Simply choose a design, remove the page and cut along the printed template using a craft knife, then turn it over to reveal a beautiful hand-cut design. Each page is slightly smaller than 5” x 5”, measuring approximately 12.2cm x 12.2cm, allowing you to add your final paper cut to a 5” x 5” mat or card blank leaving a beautiful border around the edge.

The pad contains a variety of designs including flowers, butterflies, a dragonfly, a bee, ladybirds and a selection of centrepiece sentiments. Each template has been designed with beginners in mind with easy-to-cut designs whilst still creating the wow-factor! The inner images are linked to an outer frame which can easily be trimmed off to create a shaped topper, or trim into the designs further to create embellishments and even your own sentiments.

Although each page has been designed to work individually, the paper cuts can also be layered to create dimensional shadow box-style cards and projects. The chunky designs and outer frame allows space to add foam pads throughout for extra dimension, whilst the uncoated Ink Me! Cardstock is perfect for adding colour using Prism Inks, Pens, Pencils and more! Apply ink using a blending tool to the front, unprinted side of your chosen page - ensure the ink has fully dried - then turn the page over and begin your hand cutting. Alternatively add colour using pens or pencils at a later stage, if desired.

The front cover includes cards for inspiration in a variety of sizes, styles and showcases different colouring and finishing techniques. The inside cover includes step-by-step instructions, a list of essential products that work with the pad and some top tips to ensure you get the most out of your fussy cutting experience.
