Create these fabulous cards using the free Moonstone Die from Crafting with Hunkydory Issue 63!
Adding greenery to our homes is said to make us feel at ease and the winter months are the perfect time to add houseplants, with the cold dark nights and shorter days meaning that we don’t get out in the garden. But even those who don’t have green fingers can enjoy the Grow a Little Happiness Free Gifts! These are certainly hard to kill but so easy to use to create wonderful cards for all.

Materials
● Moonstone Nesting Dies - Hexagons
● For the Love of Stamps - Geometric Florals
● 6” x 6” Ink Me! Card Blank
● Ink Me! Cardstock
● Superior Stamping Card - Midnight Black
● VersaFine Ink Pad - Onyx Black
● Prism Ink Pads - Canary Yellow; Apricot Sorbet; Orange Zest; Fire Coral; Chilli Red; Brick Red
● Prism Craft Markers - 419; 538
● Prism Brush Marker - 600 Midnight
1. Using the card blank with the fold at the top, add a 5½” mat using Midnight Black
Cardstock as the base and Ink Me! on top.
2. Cut a piece of Ink Me! Cardstock using die from the Hexagon set.
3. Shade the piece using Canary Yellow, Apricot Sorbet and Orange Zest Prism ink Pads,
shading from bottom left to top right. Add spots of water on top of the darker shades
4. Edge the hexagon using the Brush Marker.
5. Die-cut the row of plants from Midnight Black cardstock and stick it across the hexagon.
6. Colour in the plants using the Inks and Markers.
7. Stamp the sentiment with the VersaFine pad and add the piece to the card blank.

● 8” x 8” Ink Me! Card Blank, cut down to 4” x 8” landscape gatefold
● Ink Me! Cardstock
● Superior Stamping Card - Midnight Black
● Matt-tastic Adorable Scorable Cardstock - Willow Tree
● Prism Brush Marker - 600 Midnight
● Diamond Sparkles Gemstones - Crystal & Black
1. Cut the square card blank into a landscape gatefold card, as above.
2. Use a slightly smaller piece of Willow Tree cardstock on it then add a piece of Midnight
Black.
3. Cut a 3” x 7½” piece of Ink Me! Cardstock and use the free die in the middle of it,
removing the plants part to leave the shaped aperture.
4. Die-cut the plants again but this time use Willow tree Cardstock.
5. Use the fineliner to draw freehand lines around the edge of the Ink Me! Before adding it
to the card with 1mm-deep foam pads.
6. Stick the Willow tree layer into the aperture with wet glue.
7. Die-cut the sentiment from Willow Tree and Midnight Black cardstock, layering them up
in the bottom left-hand corner of the Ink Me! Layer.
8. Decorate the opposite corner with 3mm black gemstones.
