WOW! Primary Colours is a range of basic colours designed to give the crafter a good starting point in Embossing. These powders are smooth flowing and very glossy. This lush evergreen shade is reminiscent of conifer forests and you will be able to achieve different shades depending on what you use as a base colour for application. These powders are translucent and when embossed will be affected by the colour underneath.
