Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Online payments can be made with Visa or Visa Debit, Mastercard and PayPal using our secure checkout process. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is currently added. For orders outside of the UK, VAT is not added but your order may be subject to your delivery countries sales tax upon delivery or at customs.
If you have made a mistake in your order and you need to amend or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make the required changes to your order for you*

Substitutions
If we are unable to send an item on your order we may occasionally substitute items with no prior notice. If you are unhappy with a substituted item you have received please contact our customer services on 01772 27577 or [email protected] who will happily arrange a refund.
TRADE: Some of the items sold on this website are designated for retail specific sales and are not available to trade customers. Should one of these items appear on a trade order, we reserve the right to remove the item from the order and refund the cost, or substitute for an equivalent item - one that is similar, equal or greater value.
Postage and Packing
Our standard delivery charge is capped at £3.95 for each UK mainland order, regardless of how many products on your order or the weight of the parcel. Next day delivery for UK mainland orders is avaliable and is charged at £6.95.
We offer international shipping throughout much of Europe, Australia, Canada, South Africa and the USA amongst others. You can view our international delivery charges here.
Delivery Schedule
We understand that you want to enjoy your new purchases right away and will always despatch orders as soon as we possibly can. We are currently working to a 3-5 working day despatch. Please note that during busier times it is possible that up to a 24-hour delay may occur for despatch of your order.
By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Our delivery partners reserve the right to leave orders with a neighbour or at a safe collection point and you agree that this is sufficient evidence to establish goods have been received.
Diamond Membership Priority Despatch
Club Hunkydory Diamond members are entitled to priority despatch on ALL orders, this means that your order will be picked and packed before any Club Hunkydory or guest orders.
Please note, this does not mean your order is upgraded to next day delivery; Next day upgrades are still avaliable at the standard rate of £6.95.
Shipping Exemptions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship a small number of items outside of the UK. You will be unable to complete your order if any of these items are added to your cart. Items such as certain glues have delivery restrictions set by customs which mean they cannot be shipped internationally. Particularly bulky or heavy items may be too expensive to ship long distances due to high courier costs. Other items such as storage boxes may be unsuited to long-distance shipping due to potential breakages.

Back Orders
For UK orders, if an item is not in stock, we may back order it for you. Back orders will be despatched as soon as the item returns to stock and will be sent at our cost. We do not back order for international orders. Please contact us if you have any questions about back orders.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK and the EU, 20% VAT is added where applicable. For orders exported out of the EU, VAT is not charged.

Returns Policy
We want you enjoy your purchase from Hunkydory Crafts. If you have cause to return your order to us, please take note of the return information provided below. Please note: Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us via email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be processed within 14 days upon our receipt of the returned items.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so please make sure to take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty. In this situation we will refund your postage costs to you when we process your refund or exchange. Please note that any refunds of postage will be refunded at the standard cost of delivery.
Any goods must be returned in saleable condition.
Please note we do not offer refunds on books & magazines. In the very unlikely event that your book or magazine is damaged in transit, we will replace the magazine or issue a refund if we cannot do so.
These terms apply to an order placed at this time. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will automatically apply in the future.
Errors, Damages & Shortages
Errors, damages and shortages must be notified to the seller in writing within seven days of receipt of goods. The seller shall have no liability for such matters where notified outside this period.

Discount Codes
Only one discount code can be applied on the website per order. Multiple discount codes cannot be applied to the same order. To apply a discount code, head to your basket and enter your code into the discount box and click apply. Discounts will be visible in the subtotal box.
Discount codes can not be used against Hunkydory Club Gift or Club Gift Bundle, Gift Vouchers, Diamond Membership, Magazine Subscriptions or Goody Boxes.
Club & Diamond Percentage Discounts
Creating a free account on our website gives you a 5% discount across products online. Signing up for a Diamond membership gives you a 10% discount across products online.
These discounts apply automatically across the website on relevant products; when you are logged in to your account, the price you see for each product is discounted, it does not show as a lump discount in your basket.*
*Discount will only apply if you are logged in to your account. Should you forget to log in before placing your order, discount can not be added on once the order has been placed.
Club discounts do not apply against products with a special price; set price multibuys, club gift or club gift bundle, gift vouchers, diamond membership and magazine subscription. Please note discount will be calculated before delivery costs and does not apply against postage fees.
Reward Points
Reward Points are available for all Club Hunkydory and Club Hunkydory Diamond accounts. Earn reward points every time you shop with us, the amount of reward points you accrue is based on your membership level.
Club Hunkydory: 1 point for every £1 spent
Club Hunkydory Diamond: 2 points for every £1 spent
The amount of reward points you will receive is calculated on your basket total after discount and before shipping costs, you will not receive reward points for any shipping costs paid. Reward points will only be added to your account after the order is shipped and you can view your points in 'My Account'.
You can easily redeem your reward points at checkout. You will have the option to redeem all or some of your points.
