STANDARD UK DELIVERY £3.95 or FREE on orders over £40

Our standard delivery charge is capped at just £3.95 for each UK order. Orders over £40 benefit from free standard UK delivery.

Standard delivery is fully tracked and you will receive email or text notifications with tracking progress*

EXPRESS COURIER UK DELIVERY

We use DHL as our express courier due to their high quality service. Delivery cost and speed of service are based on your location and will require a signature at point of delivery. Deliveries will generally be made on the next working day, but this can be up to 2 working days for locations further afield.

• England, Wales and South Scotland = £6.95
• North Scotland and Northern Ireland = £9.95
• Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scottish Islands = £14.95
• Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles = £12.95

For orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm, your parcel will be despatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day & orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

For all courier deliveries, DHL will contact you with order updates & a timed delivery slot the day of delivery*

FREE EXPRESS COURIER UK DELIVERY

UK orders over £100 qualify for free express courier delivery.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Please inform us within 5 working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Our delivery partners reserve the right to leave orders with a neighbour or at a safe collection point. By placing an order with us, you agree that photgraph proof of delivery supplied by our delivery partners is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
