STANDARD UK DELIVERY £3.95
Our delivery charge is capped at just £3.95 for each UK mainland order, regardless of how many products on your order or the weight of the parcel.
FREE UK DELIVERY
Orders over £40 qualify for free standard UK delivery and will be automatically upgraded at checkout.
NEXT WORKING DAY UK DELIVERY
UK Next day delivery is charged at £6.95 for each UK mainland order, regardless of how many products on your order or the weight of the parcel.
FREE NEXT WORKING DAY UK DELIVERY
All orders over £100 qualify for free next working day UK delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will despatch the next working day.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY T'S & C'S
Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Next Day orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the following working day.
We use DHL courier services. The couriers will contact you with order updates & a timed delivery slot the day of delivery*
Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands will be two day delivery as standard.
Orders can take 1-2 days for delivery, as in some small cases couriers cannot guarantee that the delivery will be next working day.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We understand that you want to enjoy your new purchases right away and will always despatch orders as soon as we possibly can. Please note that during busier times it is possible that a delay may occur for despatch of your order.
Standard orders are usually despatched within 3-5 business days and sent via Royal Mail 48hr post. Royal Mail orders are tracked & they will contact you with order updates once your order is sent & you'll be given a timed delivery slot on the day of delivery*. Deliveries made by Royal Mail 48hr post are usually delivered in 1-2 working days. At busy times deliveries may take longer.
Upgraded next day deliveries are sent with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. After we despatch your order, DHL will contact you via email or text with order updates once your order is sent & you'll be given a timed delivery slot on the day of delivery*. Some areas of the UK may take up to 72 hours.
Our delivery partners reserve the right to leave orders with a neighbour or at a safe collection point and you agree that this is sufficient evidence to establish goods have been received.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please inform us within five working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. By placing an order with us, you agree that photgraph proof of delivery supplied by our delivery partners is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
