STANDARD UK DELIVERY £2.99
Our delivery charge is capped at just £2.99 for each UK mainland order, regardless of how many products on your order or the weight of the parcel.
FREE UK DELIVERY
Orders over £30 qualify for free standard UK delivery and will be automatically upgraded at checkout.
FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
All orders over £100 qualify for free next working day UK delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will despatch the next working day.
NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY UPGRADE
We also offer a next working day delivery service for just £5.95 on orders placed before 2pm.
Please note that orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 1pm can still be upgraded to next day delivery but will be despatched the next working day.
The couriers will contact you with a 1-2 hour delivery slot that can be changed to suit you. We use DPD, UK Mail and APC Overnight courier services.
Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands will be two day delivery as standard.
Orders can take 1-2 days for delivery, as in some small cases couriers cannot guarantee that the delivery will be next working day.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
PLEASE NOTE: For orders made from the UK and EU 20% VAT is currently added. For orders outside of the EU, VAT is not added but your order may be subject to your delivery countries sales tax upon delivery or at customs.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We understand that you want to enjoy your new purchases right away and will always despatch orders as soon as we possibly can. General delivery times are outlined below - Please note that during busier times it is possible that a delay may occur for despatch of your order.
Standard orders are generally despatched within 5 business days and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post or by courier dependent upon weight and order value. Deliveries made by Royal Mail 2nd Class post can take 2-3 working days.
Courier deliveries require a signature upon delivery. After we despatch your order, the courier will contact you by e-mail or phone, if you have provided your details, to arrange a delivery slot to suit you.
We reserve the right to group multiple orders for the same customer and despatch them together on a single shipment.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
For orders delivered by a courier service you must inform us within five working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
Please quote your order number in all correspondence. For orders delivered by Royal Mail, please allow 13 working days from the date of dispatch for goods to arrive before being classed as lost.
By placing an order with us, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
